You are always in control of any account you connect to CrescaX. You can disconnect and have your data deleted at any time. Here are two ways to do it.
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to CrescaX, we store a secure access token and basic connection details so we can publish the content you approve. If you no longer want CrescaX to have access, follow either method below — both immediately stop our access, and we delete the stored token and connection record.

We will revoke the connection and delete your stored token and connection record.
Data deletion request.When you disconnect, we delete:
• The access token issued for your account;
• The connection record that links your account to CrescaX;
• Any cached profile basics (such as your Page name and ID) held for that connection.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We may retain limited records where the law requires us to (for example, invoices for accounting), as explained in our Privacy Policy. Content already published to your own channels is yours and is not removed by this process — you can delete those posts directly on Facebook or Instagram.
